General Description: NO BRAKES, no hour meter, Case 6 cylinder turbo diesel, 2 gears forward and 1 gear reverse, enclosed cab with heat, right side windows and left rear window are cracked, windshield is cracked and missing the lower section, has some scattered rust, cutting edge has a couple sections broken off, air brakes - will not build air but drives with parking brake on, blows a little smoke out the exhaust, throttle pedal sticks, needs some work, Runs and Drives but has No Brakes
